New and existing teams are planned and expanded in the following areas: St. John's, Conception Bay North, Clarenville, Bonavista, Marystown, St. Lawrence and Burin. These teams will consist of multidisciplinary professionals such as Nurse Practitioners, Chronic Disease Prevention and Management Nurses, Clinical Dietitians, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Pharmacists, LPNs, Clerical and MSAs. Each team will be designed to meet the needs of the communities they serve. The job postings have begun for these positions.
